The new version comes with an optimized user interface featuring clear lines and a uniform color scheme. The focus is entirely on the workpiece. The operator can now switch to dark mode at night or when their eyes are tired. Many functions have been optimized. This means that programming is now increasingly carried out in the graphic interface. Processing steps are simply assigned to the workpiece using drag-and-drop — thanks to smart capture points and coordinate guides, this is now much faster than before. Contour programming can also be carried out many times faster with woodWOP 9. All these adjustments make the entry into CNC programming extremely straightforward. Experienced users especially will appreciate the improved processes and the new programming wizards. In the new favorites mode, only the most important parameters of a processing step are now displayed. The favorites can be configured individually. This means that every operator has precisely the overview he wants. At the same time, there is more space for the workpiece in the display. As from the start of Ligna 2025, all CNC and drilling machines will be delivered with this new software solution.
