The CENTATEQ N-210 will be presented here with a new look to replace the previous model. The aim of the development was to provide core functions at an improved price. Enhanced with intelligent optimization with streamlined functions that focus on the essentials. This feature is very important and was the focus of the update together with efficiency through simplicity. The new machine is designed for maximum user-friendliness and reliability in the application. The new generation of the CENTATEQ N-210 represents HOMAG's entry into the nesting sector. One big step was to reduce the installation footprint by 25%. A customer's limited space is no longer a hurdle. The new generation concept functions as an individual machine or automatically.
The trade fair exhibit features V12 drilling gear with 2 groove saws. The air-cooled trimming spindle offers an optional unit interface for a wide range of solutions. It is easy and flexible to operate using the 8-slot tool changer. The standard matrix table, which is adapted to the standard panel dimensions, measures 1550 x 3100 mm. The functionality of this machine is rounded off by an automated lifting table for feeding and a belt that automatically pushes the processed workpieces out after production and simultaneously picks up the next panel as part of a push and pull cycle.

The powerTouch control system directly on the processing center via the woodStore storage software is particularly intuitive and simple, ensuring smooth feeding. This creates a complete cell — including convenient manual offcuts management: the gantry picks up the next plate from the stack position next to or behind the CNC using a vacuum suction traverse, rotates it by 90 degrees if necessary and then places it on the CENTATEQ roller conveyor. Once the CNC has finished with the previous panel, the next one is ready. Everything is fully automatic and just-in-time.

Automatic destacking with robot support
The final combination with a destacking robot makes the nesting cell a fully automated high-performance center, supplemented by the STACKBOT C-300. The robot with a camera can easily detect the individual parts without barcodes on the basis of the data stored in the program. The key is the new intelliDetect tool. Industrial image processing helps to reliably detect the workpiece position on the beam conveyor belt to ensure maximum process reliability. Full transparency of the data for all workpieces, including their position and alignment in the stack, is available at all times. The STACKBOT is stored on running rails and can destack randomly to up to 8 target positions and automatically handle or dispose of offcuts. More time and better ergonomics for the operator, as well as efficiency for downstream processes.
Even better horizontal drilling and doweling — support during nesting
The new entry-level DRILLTEQ D-110 has precisely two tasks: horizontal drilling and doweling. And that makes it more effective than ever. With up to 3 individually retrievable drilling spindles and a slot assignment with up to 4 workpieces, it can deliver a wide range of services in an extremely compact space. It delivers partnership-based synergy with the woodWOP CNC programming system. The doweling unit, including vibration conveyor, has already proven its worth in higher-level series and can be used with pre-glued dowels in addition to white glue. As an option, a second doweling unit with a vibration conveyor can deliver a different dowel type.
Comfort and operation are rounded off by a redesigned control panel, pneumatically retractable stops and the intelliGuide Classic LED system for effective operator guidance.
